A checklist, sent early.
Four services for individuals and sole proprietors, all on fixed fees.
A return you do not understand is a return you cannot check. We go through the figures with you — what was counted, what was claimed and why — before anything is signed. The return is yours and your signature means something.
A checklist, sent early.
From your records, with queries raised.
Gone through with you line by line.
After you have signed, not before.
Every 1099 and everything without one.
Reviewed properly, not estimated.
What will not stand up, said plainly.
Next year's payments explained.
Self-employed returns go wrong in two directions: people miss legitimate expenses, or they claim things that will not survive a question. We go through what you actually spent, claim what is supportable, and tell you plainly where a deduction is not.
People stop filing for ordinary reasons — illness, a death, a bad year — and then the backlog becomes frightening. We pull your transcripts, work out what is genuinely outstanding, and file in order. It is more common than you think and it has an end point.
What the IRS actually has on record.
Which years genuinely need filing.
Oldest first, in order.
Where you stand once caught up.
What it says and when it must be answered.
Against your records and transcripts.
In time, in writing.
Instalment agreement, or a referral.
Most notices have a response window, and most are resolvable — a mismatch, a missing form, a balance that can go on a payment plan. We work out what it says and respond in time. Where a matter needs formal representation, that requires an enrolled agent, CPA or attorney, and we will refer you rather than overstep.
A free first review. Most notices have a deadline, and most are more fixable than they look.
